Blaine Linehan

I was born in Maine, and I’ll be a Maniac til I die. I’ve lived in several states, been in several countries, and lived outside the US so far (I’m not thirty yet). Right now I live in Kansas with my wife, Jana, and our four month old daughter, Bailey. I have a degree in Information Systems Technology from Penn State University and another degree in Computer Information Systems from Central Pennsylvania College. I started as a history major at the University of Central Florida but found that very very boring. So now I’m working at the Wichita State University here in Kansas doing what I love to do – expanding my computer horizons and deciding which of my 5 monitors I should work on next.

Shawn Albright

I was born, raised, live, and work in PA. Like Blaine, I’m a product of Penn State’s IST program holding a B.S. in Information Sciences and Technology. At present, I work for Penn State Mont Alto as a Network and Systems Administrator. I manage an environment of approximately 350 desktops and laptops, and a dozen or so servers depending how you count VMs. Because of the smaller size of the campus at which I work, we’ve developed a lot of unique solutions to the problems we face, some of which I hope to describe in detail from time to time. Outside of work, I unfortunately don’t have much of a life. In true geek fashion, I watch Star Trek and am an avid fan fiction writer.
